Russia’s Magnit can pay 135.5 rbl/share in 2017 dividends

MOSCOW, May 18 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian retailer Magnit has recommended paying 135.5 rubles per common share, or a total of 13.809 billion rubles, in dividends for 2017, the company said in a statement on Friday.

The shareholder register for dividends is preliminarily scheduled to close on July 6.

Magnit paid 115.51 rubles per share, or a total of 10.923 billion rubles, in dividends for January–June 2017.

CEO Sergei Galitsky owns about 35% in the company, and free-float accounts for around 63%.
